Karen Mills-Robinson
An esteemed leader with over 30 years of expertise in international leadership and strategic business development. Her work spans several countries, including the United States, Cambodia, and Australia.
She has authored impactful books like “DREAM: Don’t Die With Your Seed In Your Pocket.” Beyond her professional endeavors, Karen founded Ravens Hope International to empower Cambodian women through leadership training. Her personal life reflects her values, with a strong emphasis on family and continuous learning, beginning her journey at the University of Kansas City, MO.
Jonathon Chua
A connector, Jonathon's primary focus is to "Bring Cambodia to the World and The World to Cambodia." Jonathon is also the Managing Director at Business Network International (BNI) Global, Phnom Phen, Cambodia, where he organized a momentous milestone in Cambodia with the attendance of over 2500 business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs from 15 countries at the 2024 Cambodia International Business Exhibition.
At this event, Jonathon had the honor of bringing the world’s leading leadership expert, Dr. John C. Maxwell to Cambodia. He delivered a keynote to over 400 ministers at the Ministry of Commerce and conducted a full day of training for over 1500+ business and youth leaders.
Melvin Capers
A renowned author, speaker, and leadership guru. He plays a critical role in the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, especially in its Mentorship Program, focusing on honing leadership skills.
His career highlights include serving as Deputy Director of Business Operations at the U.S. Department of the Interior, a President's Management Council Inter-agency Program member selected to develop NASA's Senior Executive Onboarding Program, and serving on active duty in the United States Air Force for 27 years.
Melvin excels in coaching, mentoring, and leadership development with his rich educational background and passion for empowering individuals to become influential leaders.
Ewan Lim
An Executive Team member and Managing Director of Diverse Media Pte., Ltd. Ewan's company sponsored Dr. John C. Maxwell's first visit to Cambodia which was one of the Kingdom of Cambodia's, key highlights for 2024. The event ignited the potential for transformation in the APAC region.
Bringing this renowned leader to Cambodia provided an opportunity to advance leadership ideas among influential thinkers in the Asia-Pacific region.
